"From an insider viewing everything first hand I would never want my family in this program. I worked here for 4 months very dysfunctional, the staff and management acted as if they were in high school, the girls in the program get treated horrible and unfairly. If you do not fit in with the staff there and you are a strong individual like myself, trying to help those girls you don’t last. I really pray those girls get real help and this company should be shut down!! They deserve zero stars but that’s not an option."
"Do not use this place if you are in a transitionary period! They authorized multiple counseling sessions for me after I moved to the area, and then allowed Tufts (due to errors on their part) to retcon my coverage for several past appointments (that I’d already paid the copay for), all while dangling a prescriber in front of me for months (for medications I was already on before my past prescribed sold up shop without warning). All they did was put me in debt to them for several hundred dollars. My therapist was very nice, and I would absolutely recommend her - if she changed company’s."
"Kinda iffy. The medical records never answer the phone. I left a voicemail every single day for a whole week in a row. They just ignored me with 2 weeks counting now. My therapist is awesome and I just explained to them how relatable the medical records department is like the horrible Northampton VA."
"So, they require you to see a therapist before getting medication, even if you have been on the same medications for years, and require you to keep going to therapy to keep getting medication. I can live without therapy you know, but not without my meds. Now I'm trying to search for a prescriber in the area since I've run out of medication, and I'm sure as hell not going back here."
"I was prescribed meds through them, it has stopped. They removed my record I tried to get put back on and now I have to wait a week or so and then go through multiple consultations until I can get my medication. Its turned into an emergency and I honestly am on the edge of just killing myself so I don't have to go through psych hospitalization again because I have no money to pay those medical bills anymore just to get one anti-depressant."
