"Tldr; They are amazing. Don't think twice, go. The long of it: Hi! I've never been so compelled to write a raving review. The experience I had here was likely the best mechanics experience I've ever had on one of the worst days I've had in a very long time. I have an old car. Car has flickered the battery light for a few months - I've gotten it checked out literally once a month for the last four months. Every mechanic (and there's been a few) that have looked at it say that the battery and alternator tested well - and they figured it was a bad wire. Well fast forward to this week - I got a new job. And I had to be in training at a location hours away from me, so I was staying more local - although still about 30 minutes out. I'm so incredibly grateful it wasn't until I parked that my car started having issues. Well a dead battery, and a jump later the next morning (before I have day 2 of my new job), my car dies in the middle of the road. I called Trombly Bros, and when I tell you that the experience was one of the best I've had in my life I'm not kidding. I can't even tell you the last time I reviewed a place, let alone wrote a novel. I don't live in the area and went off of reviews alone. First of all, I had called them that morning to see if I could go there once I got the jump. The staff was friendly and helpful, including giving me a tip for dealing with my insurance. When I got stuck (and my insurance was... a lot), I called them again and asked for a tow. Ray, the driver, was helpful and friendly and gave me a lift back to the garage. Having someone kind and friendly in the middle of all of that was absolutely best case scenario. Not to mention, it was like 15 minutes from the time I called to the time Ray got there. Then, once my car was in the shop, Trombly Bros was incredibly helpful. They let me know they would call before doing any work, and when I didn't hear the first day - which I expected knowing there was a lot going on. But when I called back the next morning, they had let me know they left a voicemail - it was just accidentally to the wrong number. They were so kind about it, and by the end of day the second day they had my car fixed up, in hand and ready to go. Not to mention, they called me with an update, and explained everything going on before they did anything. The cherry on top? When I got there, the quote was even less than they initially told me. And a few more praises? The quote they gave me was less than what I had quoted at my local shop, they were kind and educational without being condescending or try to rip someone off who was clearly in a pickle. Just go. They are fair, they are quick, they are kind."
