Outreach Team

The Outreach Team, located at 50 Union Street in Westfield, Massachusetts, is a health institution that offers over 80 programs and services aimed at fostering independence. Her mother, Samantha, has seen improvements in Cammie's range of motion and confidence through the program, and Cammie has gained great friends and a sense of family at the Outreach Team.
