"Sump pump died and the basement floods of course, sump needs to be replaced and installed. Go out and buy a new sump call for an appointment to have it installed, quoted today (10/2/2023) between 2pm and 4pm for someone to come by, great! Cancel the thing I have planned at 3:45pm so that we can be here for the replacement. 5pm rolls around and the rep is no call no show, call competitor and they schedule for the next day. Call rep to let him know not to bother but the call goes to VM. Rep calls back saying he didn't forget but it's a very busy day blah blah blah. Told him not to bother, a simple call tell me they were busy would have avoided this but because they couldn't be bothered to let me know they weren't going to make it and wasted my time I don't want anyone so unreliable doing this work, they had no intention of calling me until I called them. Upon reviewing their site they claim to have 5 star testimonials but I couldn't find more than 10 reviews total for all of the locations in google, most of the reviews were not great."
