"DO NOT DO IT!!! do use. I would give zero stars if I could. These People are very very crooked. They take a vantage of you they lie to you.if you bring your car there, they’re gonna rip it apart and make you pay for it. If not, they’ll send it home in a box!!!! that’s their own words!!! the mechanic over charges three times sometimes four times what the parts are worth, we bring my wife’s car there because we had a check engine light on Regarding The transmission they didn’t discuss anything with us. They totally ripped the whole transmission out and then told us it’s gonna cost $10,000 to fix or $1000 dollars to put it all back together or $600 and they’ll send your car home with your transmission in the box that’s the business they do over there. I repeat do not go to Rob’s transmission !!!! if so you will be taken advantage of, and I will be letting everybody and their mother know because what they are doing is not right, and we have proof on paper and text messages of there scams and lies. I repeat do not go to Rob’s transmission go to The transmission shop located in Coventry Rhode Island. I wish I have known before we bring are car to Rob‘s , I guess what they say is right you learn things the hard way sometimes and the worst part about it is they have an account with Wiseman roofing, they’ve been fixing the trucks. Supposedly been fixing our trucks for a while now and every time the trucks come back to the shop to Wiseman roofing there’s always a problem.SO you know Rob’s transmission I will be contacting the owner of Wiseman’s roofing to let him know, and prove to them how crooked an evil user are, I don’t like to use them words but it’s the gods honest truth!!! They don’t care about you your kid nobody all they care about is taking advantage of you, how much money they can make from you!!! have a great day. I hope all this helps. they need to be exposed. people are hurting in life and they don’t care they’re taking advantage of people.!!! U have the balls to say that you fixed our exhaust when we bring it there there was not a problem with our exhaust and on top of it, mind you we still have the text messages an the paperwork to prove it you try to charge us almost $1800 for a five dollar fix and it took you 20 minutes because I came there with somebody that knew what they were talking about he hasn’t touched a car in 40 years. You guys do this every day for a living and you put the car on the lift and he finds the problem within a minute and you wanted to charge us $1700 almost $1800 to fix the problem and we have the paper and text message to prove it . you didn’t discuss anything with us you told us you were checking out to sensor regarding the transmission not ripping the whole transmission out of the car and then telling us if we don’t fix it you’re gonna send him home in a box. Be we’re you will get ripped off mechanic is crooked. He breaks things as he’s trying to work on other things and then he makes the customer pay for it. The other mechanic try to fight me very rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I wish you would’ve put his hands on me because I would’ve owned robs transmission and then burnt it to the ground, that’s where it belongs in ashes! Don’t make a sound like use are innocent!! use made me feel this way use made us feel this way!! actions speak louder than words remember that!!!! You will be also losing Wiseman roofing account so I’m hope you’re glad that you take a vantage of people because this is how comma works. When we bring our car there, you couldn’t even hear it running. There was no exhaust leak nothing. And then you try to send us home with a car sound like a lawnmower and then you tell us be careful with your family and the kids in the car because of the fumes. Who does that? Tell me. what mechanic in there right mind that ain’t crooked does something like that. What’s your excuse for almost charging us $1800 for that exhaust to be fixed and it only took five dollars and 20 minutes of your time? Crockett that’s your excuse."
