"AWFUL!!!! I wanted to book a new patient exam. They won’t book it without records. Whatever I have the records sent. They are limited as I had only seen the previous doctor once. I’m told they got them and I’d be hearing from them to book appointment. Another month goes by I follow up like What is going on? I’m told those records aren’t good enough. Which to start is Bs that’s all my doctor had. Plus why did no one call me to let me know? I have severe sleep apnea I cannot breathe I need care ASAP. This is crazy. And the sad part is there is such little care here you’ll be forced to go here if you don’t have a way to go somewhere else."
"Dr Stamm was terse and not engaged in my ailment or care. He told me I didn’t have a deviated septum, though other docs had said I did. Got other opinions because I didn’t believe him — he missed an obvious issue. If you go here, I recommend you get other opinions before deciding on your course of action. At least see a different doctor in this practice."
"Garbage practice. Went in because my tonsil was swollen and causing me pain and discomfort. The doctor said it wasn’t actually swollen and it was because of “anxiety” lmaoo ok. Like if I wanted a psychiatric evaluation I would’ve went elsewhere. Classic example of doctors who don’t deserve that title and should be flipping burgers or stocking shelves, not brushing off real issues patients are having. And to top it all off, in order to fix it hd recommended “physical therapy”… like imagine being that much of a moron. I could’ve gotten better assistance from a 6 year old. Doctors are garbage nowadays."
"Had an excellent experience with Bonnie Chard, P.A. She gave me all the time that I needed and answered all my questions and provided very helpful information about why I was having the issues I was having. I was seen promptly and will definitely return for a follow up visit in October."
"The front desk team is very disorganized. Good luck when you visit during their lunch shifts. They don’t communicate well with each other. I particularly told the first person that “I need my card back because that’s the only copy I have”, yet she nevertheless misplaced it, and no body else in the office could find it once she was gone for lunch. Plus, it took forever to wait for someone to help you. I’m not sure which one is worse: the insurance company that makes getting the card very difficult, or the front desk assistant that would lose your original copy of the card even after you told her it’s the only copy you have."
