"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had an ongoing problem and have already taken time out of my workday twice to been seen and tested, at $60 per visit. Not to mention I live over a hour away. Was prescribed prescription antibiotics twice to no avail. Shocker, right? Called today for a telehealth appointment and was given an appointment for 2:45pm. Got a call from them around 2:10pm saying they can’t do that appointment because I need to be seen and tested FOR A THIRD TIME. They don’t care that I still have an ongoing problem and cannot take time off for the third time in two weeks. This place is ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs, they won’t even try to help you."

"So far with daily calls over several weeks and left messages we have had no real person talk to us. At this point my wife will give birth without a single ob appointment."

"I was referred to this office by another provider. I was able to obtain an appt within 2 days. I was seen by Dr Biggers who listened to my concerns and explained my treatment thoroughly. I found the front office staff and nursing staff very professional and will go out of their way to accomodate you. I am very happy with the quality of care I received and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends."

"Worst service I have ever had. Regular check ups take months to get and frequently get reschedule farther and farther out. Now I'm 10 weeks pregnant and no one has a clue what's going on with my care. Had an ultrasound first then at the next appointment was an intake and they made me take a urine pregnancy test to confirm I was pregnant and had no idea I had an ultrasound already. The woman told me she'd call me with blood work and abnormality screening appointments after waiting a week I called them and they had no record of that and told me I was terminating my pregnancy which is not the case! Ots been two days since they said they'd straighten it out and still no call from them not to mention when you call their office it takes forever to get someone to pick up the phone. No one told me what's do or not to do and this is my first pregnancy. I've been researching on my own to figure out everything. I feel extremely neglected I'll be switching to Barrington OBGYN and Fairview hospital which is an hour away but at least I'll have a comprehensive plan."

"Absolutely shameful. TWELVE MD'S in this practice and at 8 weeks pregnant, they have yet to schedule me an appt. It's been cancelled THREE times! I cannot be scheduled with my doctor of choice either. This is my second pregnancy and I have not ever encountered such a poor practice. I feel totally neglected. I get treated like an inconvenience each time I call. The added stress this early on is not helpful or healthy. Looks like I'll be going to Great Barrington/Fairview. I suggest other expectant mothers to do the same. Save yourself the agony and frustration. Go somewhere else and get the care you and your baby deserve."
