"Have been going for PT for about 8 weeks for a torn hamstring after tripping on a root. I came in hobbling with a cane, and left walking (still with a limp), but able to manage a mile now. I had almost all the therapists at one time or another and each of them did a thorough and professional job. Thank you to Lydia, Cody, Stephanie, Ryan and Karen for keeping me on track. Cody helped improve my strength and range of motion so much with the stretches and exercises I did there and that he taught me to do at home. You can tell he cares and he's wonderful to work with. Over the course of my visits, Karen diagnosed the issue, taught me various exercises/stretches to do and explained why they worked, and was overall very friendly and helpful.
