"As a prior patient of ALbany spine & pain -dr azam made my visit extremely uncomfortable to say the least. Never addressed my concerns for managing my pain at all. Care and concern were not a priority with this office. Poor notes were taken by “student” when dealing with specific details- nurse brought this to my attention. I do not recommend ALbany medical spine & pain center for any w/c or complex cases. Also, The patient relations department needs to be dissolved as they’re of no help at all but a office to house students “pretending “ to provide help with concern of the hospital."

"So glad the parking garage is attached to the building. Validated parking is good for the DR's visit. Entrance is not that easy to see. Its just past the Ambulance entrance, opposite side of the street."
