"Had a clogged sink that occurred on a Friday. Called a few plumbing companies and they wanted to charge for the weekend and the fact that it's an emergency. My wife found Viper Drain Cleaning and Chris gave a very fair price ($195) and was willing to come out in 20 mins. Clog resolved in 30 minutes and everything was tidy - amazing fast, friend service. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Unprofessional and dishonest !! 1. We were unreasonably charged for the supplies (THREE TIMES the ACTUAL COST) and services. No purchase memo for supplies was provided to us and we were doubly charged for the services. 2. Chris charged us in the morning for the inspection $150 and says he will come the next day. And then, he pops in the same day without prior notice, not only inconveniencing us, but also charged us a bomb for his services ( minor plumbing) without reimbursing the cost for Initial inspection that happens on the same day. 3. Took Venmo account details to refund for the returned supplies ( Kitchen faucet $39) but did not show a penny there once he got the check. Attaching images to show the actual cost ($101 at the most at the upper end) of supplies used and copy of his invoice showing the amount ($270) we were charged. He refused show the receipts for purchases he made on our behalf from Home Depot. Any other professional plumber would show us. I would not recommend his services to any one."
