Johnny was incredible, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable when I don't usually feel that way looking for formal clothes, and he gave great advice about styling and did a fantastic job fitting me when I first came in, so much so that the suit needed zero adjustments when it came in. The suit was ready in just a week and 4 days! I would definitely recommend Alton Lane to anyone, and I now have a beautiful suit that fits me better than I ever expected."

"Absolutely horrible service. This is not a reputable company. More than six months ago we purchased a suit and trousers. The only time we heard from this company that the items were “ready” was after I contacted the customer service department to complain. We went in for a so called fitting and the outfit needed some adjustments. We were told that it would be a week or so before the items would be ready. Again no one contacted us. I contacted customer services again and finally someone from the showroom contacted us and said the suit and trousers were finished. Went in for another fitting, and the trouser length was too long. We went to the tailor with the sales associate and the trousers were pinned to the proper length by the tailor. We were told that the items would be available in a week. A little over two weeks later we contacted customer services as we had not received any updates on the items. After contacting customer services an associate contacted us to set up an appointment for the “ final fitting”. The right leg on both pair of trousers were at least three inches shorter than the left leg. We were told that they would fix the pants. That was over six weeks ago. We have not been contacted by anyone since. In March we purchased two pairs of pants and discovered that the hems were not sown but were bonded. The bonding did not hold as I discovered when I was giving a major presentation. I can’t believe that this was done on the cheap given how much I paid for these items. I have never experienced such a lack of care for your product or customers."

"Had a great experience here on the search for my wedding suit. It’s certainly a luxury and high-end experience, but it never felt stuffy or pretentious. On the contrary, I (not your typical high-end consumer) was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The whole experience was informative and fun. Highly recommend!"
