"For starters, please get rid of the immature staff.... this place seems more like a social hour than a work place. With all of the employees in a huddle gossiping, it clearly made all of the shoppers, including myself, very uncomfortable even asking for help. Not to mention they didn't acknowledge any of us even existed, not a hello, not even a glance. With this being a yoga store, I'd expect it to be easy to find a simple item such as a yoga mat cleaner, but the incompetent staff made that very awkward when I couldn't find it and could not ask for help. Will absolutely not be returning, I recommend taking your business to Lululemon."
