"I ordered a $100 arrangement online from the Candy Jar website for delivery. They called me afterwards to let me know they didn’t have the exact flowers that were pictured online, and I thought it was very nice of them to call me. The woman who called even said she would text me a couple of photos of arrangements they had, to see if we could add flowers to one of them to get closer to the value of what I had purchased. Then it went south. She texted photos of two arrangements (pictured) — however, was not willing to take some of the flowers from the 2nd arrangement and add them to the 1st arrangement for me. Even though I had already made the online order for the $100 arrangement, she wasn’t willing to take flowers from another arrangement to fulfill my order — and offered instead to cancel my order. I was very surprised and disappointed by this aspect of the customer service. Really bad experience in the end."

The flowers lasted for the longest time after the wedding. I would very highly recommend the Candy Jar for any floral needs!"
