"I wish I knew the Manager's name at this location. She called me this morning after I expressed my disappointment with an arrangement I ordered for my mom's birthday yesterday. She apologized for the experience I had and offered to have a new arrangement delivered to my home today for my mom. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a new cake with fresh strawberries, a fresh fruit bouquet and a little box of chocolate. This was very kind of them to rectify my issue, especially in a post pandemic world where customer service has gone downhill and many large corporations don't typically care about making things right when the customer has a valid complaint. I just want to say thank you, my mother was very happy and it totally made up for the first arrangement not being up to par."
"So I’m pretty sure my friend paid over $100 for these dead flowers on arrival 2 bouquets at that!! & this fruit that went bad THE VERY NEXT DAY!! A waste & im guessing bc you seen he was in FL it would be okay but it was not! Everyone is living on a budget theses days, so for someone to want to do something special for a person & use your company to have it become an epic fail is crazy!! I think you should send him his money back for everything except the teddy bear!"
"My mom has been through a lot this past year including beating cancer. Wanted to do something different but special for her birthday a week ago. I had placed an order over the phone with Ellie for the charming cheesecake & roses bundle for delivery among other things. When my mom got her flowers, wasn’t roses but red and yellow flowers that you can just pick up at any grocery store. When I called to let them know they delivered the wrong flowers, basically said there’s nothing they can do and told me my mom was happy with the flowers she got her, of course she’s my mom. Why wouldn’t she be happy. There’s nothing they can do but offer a $5 for the inconvenience. The order was $60 out of the $145 that I spent. From the owner to the manager to the sales rep that helped me & even corporate, everyone was passing the buck to the next person acknowledging that I was robbed, played, they came up with the 3 paragraph saying flowers may very, when I specifically confirmed with Ellie that it would be roses delivered. If they couldn’t deliver on their promise, then they should have called me back & i would have cancelled the order and called a real flower shop. Thanks for robbing me appreciate it. Just hope you don’t do this to the next person because $60 don’t just grow on trees especially when you’re doing something special for your mother on her 65th birthday whom just beat cancer."
"I placed a *very* last minute order for an arrangement that needed to be delivered by the end of the day. Despite the short turnaround time, Edible Arrangements managed to get the order ready and delivered within a couple of hours! The friendly staff were very understanding of my situation and came through in spades. Thank again!"
"Ordered a rose bouquet w/vase, a fruit platter, and cookies for Valentines day for my GF around $200. When the delivery was made, she only received the platter and cookies. She had even asked the delivery driver to check and he said there were no flowers/vase included. Additionally the cookies which are 3 count only had 2. I contacted the store the same night via email and was only called once - being offered flowers to be delivered in the next day or two. I refused the delivery and asked for a refund on JUST the flowers, seeing as they were almost $100, aka half of the price of the whole order - and I never received said flowers. Why would I want $100 flowers the day AFTER Valentines day? The only reason I'd pay such a marked up price on flowers/roses is because it is for Valentines day - if I wanted flowers the following days, I can easily order and buy them for a quarter of the price after the "holiday". Additionally, I mentioned the cookies only have 2/3 but did not ask for a refund as the flowers were the bigger issue. The person I spoke with mentioned they'd ask the owner/manager and get back to me and never did. I also contacted the corporate customer service line which was no help. - Have not heard from anyone since the initial call - corporate or store level."
