"I ordered flowers over the phone. Before I hung up, I asked for the amount that would be charged to my card. They quoted me a price. The next month, I look at my credit card statement, and they actually charged me a higher amount. I called them to find out what happened. They said they made a mistake when they quoted me the price on the phone. I dunno, I feel like they should have honored the price they quoted me. They had two opportunities to do so. First time was when they charged my card. And the other time was when I called them on it. And they didn't do it both times. It wasn't a large amount ($5), but it left a bad taste in my mouth. If I had to guess, I'd say that they're probably not scamming people $5 at a time, but because I discovered it myself, it FELT a little scammy."
