"I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother. I booked online. 11am they called to let me know they didn’t have the birthday vase. I said what happened and the girl told me they sent her a broken one. I said that’s not my fault now what. She rudely stated well it’s not my fault either. She also stated the flowers in the picture online they didn’t have them all. I asked her to make it look pretty. I then asked because of all this can you put a birthday balloon with it. She said that would be $5 extra. I grew up in Haverhill but I will never use this florist AGAIN."
"How to ruin a Christmas gift. I ordered an expensive arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Friday before Christmas. I was very specific as to the day as my wife would be home and be it was a surprise. I had to leave a phone number as they insisted in case of emergency. I told them not to call again, because it was to be a surprise. Thursday arrives and the florist called. My wife answered and they told her they had flowers for her and they would like to deliver Thursday as they were very busy. I took the phone and explained I was unhappy for the reasons previously stated. The young ladies response: “Don’t blame me, I’m just part time.” I told her no one would be home and she insisted someone had to be. I had a chemo treatment scheduled so no one could be home. She said they would come late in the day when I might be back. So much compassion. After thinking about it, I called back and spoke to a gentleman and explained what had happened. I suggested he just cancel the order. He said “ok. Sorry about that and hung up.” No attempt to try and make things right. He might as well have just said too bad. It wasn’t my first time ordering flowers here but it certainly will be my last. It’s too bad because they do nice work."
"I ordered two Teleflora arrangements from Angelo's the week before Easter. I ordered on the website because I needed to pick them up and deliver them myself. One was a deluxe $60 and the other was a premium $80. The day before my pickup date, a woman from the shop called me and asked what I wanted in my arrangements. I told her I wanted THE Teleflora arrangements that I ordered. She said they do not always have the flowers that are in those arrangements. I asked her which flowers they didn't have and she said she had not looked at the pictures of the arrangements yet. I went to the website and read off which flowers were in each arrangement. She told me which ones they didn't have but said she could substitute a similar color flower and I said that was fine. When I went to pick them up the next day, a man brought them from out back and I asked him if he was sure those were mine. He said yes. The deluxe arrangement was about a third of the size it was supposed to be. It looked pathetic. The premium arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered and had 1 lily in it instead of the 5 or 6 it was supposed to. I had taken pictures of the arrangements on my phone and showed the man. He said he could put more lilies in the larger one or that I didn't have to buy them because I wasn't charged yet. I told him I needed the larger arrangement but I would not take the smaller one. He went out back and stuck more lilies in it that were not even open yet. I asked him if he was the owner or manager and he said no and did not offer to get one or take a message. I think he was a delivery driver. The whole time there was a woman helping a customer in the front of the shop, but she never said a word. I left absolutely disgusted. I will never use this so-called florist again and will steer people far away from it."
"Friendly staff and service, and arrangement was beautiful, but the online ordering it's terrible false advertising. -It let me put in a pickup time after their closing time - it gives measurements for items that are not included in the arrangements. (Pictures will be added) they did call and say that it will not be included but that should be in the descriptions online."
"I placed an order a few days in advance of my aunt's birthday and specified the delivery date. Angelo sent the bouquet a few days too early and when I called to let them know, the lady who picked up was professional and courteous. She offered immediately to credit me or if I would like, they'd send another bouquet on the correct day. Though they made a mistake, I really appreciate the excellent customer service."
