"Received a birthday delivery from my siblings. I am too embarrassed to send them a picture of what they paid for, and can’t believe you sent 3 open flowers and the rest still closed. By the time the buds open the other 3 will be dead. Also, the greenery was snapped on a bunch of leaves. I’ve never seen such a sad bouquet, literally makes me mad every time I walk by it."

"Side by side view of two different arrangements my boyfriend got me. The ones from Hollands flowers are the red roses arrangement. He ordered them online to be delivered at my job since he lives in another state. He didn’t know what size they would be, he picked the “deluxe” arrangement and it’s literally smaller than the one next to it, which was actually $60 dollars less… I loved them, but the pricing was not reasonable for the size. Hollands arrangement literally included 6 Roses and a bunch of carnations, other arrangement was made up of a dozen of roses and other flowers. We all know carnations are one of the cheapest flowers you can buy. I advised him to not order from here again. Not to mention he also ordered a small teddy bear to go with the flowers and I received a random duck."

"My elderly grandmother and her friends ordered a $180 bouquet for their dear friend who passed away to display at the wake. $180 dollars…. She was shocked when she saw a bouquet with 4 total roses, 2 tulips, 3 carnations, 5 snap dragons and a bunch of fill. It was the worst flower purchase she has ever made. It looked like a bouquet from Market Basket. When she brought this to the attention of the florist at Hollands they were dismissive and blamed St. Michael’s Church for possibly damaging the display. She asked for white, the bouquet was purple, they claimed that’s not what they delivered. She send them a picture- and got no response back. 8 ladies went in on this bouquet- 8 customers of hollands. That’s 8 customers lost. The least they could do was acknowledge."

"The best! I have bought many beautiful bouquets over the years, and everyone always asks where they are from. The prices are very reasonable, and the arrangements are gorgeous! They also did my wedding and were so lovely to work with, efficient, flexible, and the flowers were exactly what I wanted and more! They do amazing work!"
