"on 11 Florence Street, entitled arrogant staff, for pointing out that we kept receiving poor flower arrangements. The flowers and plants arrive always in such a poor condition, on top of the fact that are overpriced. I thought that by spending more I would get, al least pristine condition flowers and plants. It’s just so disappointing."

"Spent nearly +$360 on having flowers delivered for our anniversary. Despite a perfect environment both for delivery (cool) and display, flowers looked pitiful after 36hrs and ready to be thrown out on the morning of Day 4. These flowers were old when delivered. Embarrasing and unacceptable."

"Lovely experience! I went in not knowing what I was looking for, Amy helped me immediately and created a bouquet using fresh flowers within my budget. She explained why she was using each flower and how it helped the bouquet, I was very happy with the end result. Prices are on the higher end but you pay for the quality and attentive service. "This arrangement was purchased - at an exorbitant price - four days before this picture was taken. The flowers were kept at a moderate temperature and watered. This is not the first time that Winston sold an arrangement that was clearly on its deathbed. Their roses typically wilt almost immediately. Overpriced and unethical. We will never go there again."
