I wanted to send some thank you flowers to my wife and did an online order. The owner responded via email to my online order which made me happy to know she was aware of my requests. "Lee and her designer (I think her name was Ivy?) were an absolute joy to work with! After an initial call, we set a time to have a follow-up as it was just before the Valentine's weekend. When the next week came and I called, Lee remembered me and we worked out the details for the floral arrangement that would be used for a family funeral and memorial service. The arrangements were gorgeous and the colors were perfect as was the service. My mother and I even stopped by the store the day before to take a quick look and to thank Lee in-person.
