"I reached out to Felthousen’s the day before my friend’s baby shower and Vittoria was amazing! I was coming in from out of town, and wanted to give the mommy-to-be a flower crown to make her feel extra special at her party. Vittoria organized all of the logistics for me, including making recommendations, working with a designer to build a beautiful crown with the colors I requested, and she even coordinated delivery to the shower location which was in the same plaza as their shop. Vittoria made sure the restaurant stored the crown at the right temperature so it was in perfect condition the next morning. The crown ended up being beautiful, and the mommy-to-be told me it was one of her favorite surprises of the day and it helped her feel extra special and beautiful for her shower! One other important detail was that when I called the Stuyvesant Plaza location to place the order they weren’t opened yet, but they had the calls being answered at another location that was already opened, which meant they were able to help me and I didn’t have to call back or find another florist. This was just another detail that made doing business with them easier! Thank you Vittoria and Felthousen’s! I absolutely recommend this florist!"

"I was able to select the perfect flowers for a birthday present, and a few other gifts as well. What I would really like to know is where they get there air freshener from, the store's aroma is a sunny morning in a field of flowers just before the few evaporates. Love it!"

"I have been coming here since I started working near Stuyvesant Plaza about 4 years ago. I have always found them cheerful, helpful, and surprisingly affordable, especially when it comes to their house plants. Not only is the store beautiful, the staff is always helpful and gives excellent advice. I've been meaning to write a review for a while, but today finally pushed me into it. I had a beautiful terrarium that I had purchased a couple years ago from them. I... let's say "failed to thrive" when I was out for an extended period. I brought it in and Catherine, who had helped me previously, helped me pick out the best plants, then planted them and arranged the terrarium. And the only thing I was charged for was the plants. I constantly tell people, especially if they want house plants, that this is the place to go. Now, I'll tell them to ask for Catherine (but don't pressure her too much!) Thanks Catherine!"

"Catherine at the Stuyvesant plaza saved my wedding. My brother was doing the flower arrangements for my wedding and we ordered through an online vendor. Then of course the day before my wedding, some of the flowers didn't show. I went into Felthousen's and they were so understanding and so wonderful to work with. When I told them what happened as I tried not to freak out, they did their best to get the flowers we needed (150 white roses, some lilies, and eucalyptus) to make the arrangements. Not only were they able to get them quick, but the flowers were perfect/great quality. I can't thank them enough for what they did for us and for being so great to work with. They will be our go to florist for everything now."
