"Maureen at Ambiance was so kind & accommodating when I needed to send an arrangement to a friend in Albany Med. Since I live in Florida, I just had to trust that a florist that I don't know to be honest & do the right thing. Maureen went above & beyond, worked within my budget, was totally transparent with the charges involved & even called the hospital to be sure that my friend was in an area that could receive a delivery. And although it's not their policy, she was also kind enough to send me a picture of the customized arrangement. If ever I need flowers delivered in the area, I will definitely call Ambiance again!"
