"Over priced and low quality better off going to another place this is a last resort option"

"I received a Valentine’s Day bouquet from my husband who made a purchase from this vendor. When I open the flowers I observed them as I always do. I noticed the quality of the roses were very low grade and some of the leaves were dying “with a crunch”. I was extremely disappointed with the plastic vase that can provide an allusion to look like glass. When I asked how much did he pay for them. He told me 150 but was originally told 65 in the store and when he got to the register the owner said 150. He still bought the flowers, because he’s last minute. I called to ask about pricing when I was given pricing it was with an attitude. The woman said to me “so what is your looking for” the price is what it is! I said I’m not looking for a refund, let’s make that clear! I called to make a complaint about your quality and now your customer service is absolutely horrible. Never mind how do I make it right if I have an upset customer! I told her the quality of her roses were not worth any bit of $150. She proceeds to tell me “”the purchaser can bring the flowers back in for another arrangement NOT the receiver which would be myself. I asked who was I speaking too? She stated Shanelle The Owner! I must say from a business perspective she was extremely unprofessional and I will never get my business again nor will I send anyone her way. Situations like this explains why so many small local minority businesses are not able to expand outside of where they are! This is why we loose business. It’s bigger than where you are! Customer Service is first. That’s your bread and butter. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who may have had an issue but I may have been the only one who called her to let her know. Check your attitude it won’t get your far."

"My daughter was graduating from high school and we showed up at MVP arena and I didn’t realize that most parents give flowers to their graduating daughters. With no notice, Akeem quickly put together a beautiful dozen of roses and calmed me down with good conversation and I made it back just in time to see her get the diploma and greet her with really nice flowers. Akeem is a pro with 36 years in the business!"

"I loved it they made my order at last minute due another florist failure but got it just how I pictured only better I am so grateful and very pleased I have went to this florist many times including today my wedding day ❤ truly grateful and pleased never disappointed at Tasha wanted to post video because pictures don't capture every detail"
