"I was so worried about having my first endoscopy and I really didn't need to be at this facility. I was treated like I was part of their staff's family the entire process! I was unfortunately very sick the day of my procedure and despite the extra steps this added to my visit, I was so cared for by everyone there that by the time I had to have my procedure I was no longer nervous or worried at all! During and after my procedure was completely easy, and right after it was over they explained what happened during the procedure and what was found. Thank you for the amazing care provided!!"

"I went to this office years ago and Dr Shnure was my Dr. Needed a colonoscopy/endoscopy so decided to stick with same office. I was nervous seeing a different Dr but was so happy with my visit with Susan Navarro. She's awesome. She's super honest with you and explains everything and most importantly? She takes her time with you. Dr Sutherland did my procedure and he is very good too. Staff is friendly esp the girl in cubicle 3 checking in."
