I call them two weeks in advance saying I will need a refill soon. When I show up they look at me all confused. “Oh you should call a different cvs and see if they have it”. If you’re seeing this don’t get your prescriptions filled here."
"edit: They hired ONLY one person tonight, to do literally everything. Not on the pharmacist, it’s on CVS. horrible company. I just spend 25 minutes waiting for the pharmacy. I get waiting even 10 or 15 minutes, but 25 minutes with not even one pickup to tell me they know I called seems ridiculous. In general they are okay but this seems extremely excessive."
