"GO. ANYWHERE. ELSE. this is the WORST, most incompetent, rudest, and completely ignorant pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. they screw up regularly and make you feel like it's your fault. the only reason this place still has customers is because it has a drive through. my partner came down with covid and he filled paxlovid at that pharmacy only because it had a drive through. what happened when he went to pick it up? THEY TOLD HIM TO COME INTO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP. he was dumbfounded. he had to explain to them that he wasn't going in the store BECAUSE HE HAD COVID. after an argument they reluctantly gave it to him through the drive through. but seriously? endangering the welfare of others? come on CVS. nothing is ever ready when you get the annoying 8am phone call telling you it is ready. OH AND GOOD LUCK GETTING OFF OF THAT PHONE CALL LIST. took me about a year of trying. i dread having to go here to get anything - i have moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and i encourage everyone i know to do the same. it's probably less stressful to get your meds on the street and risk ODing from fentanyl. (do street dealers sell antibiotics and prescription rosacea shampoos?)"
"Pharmacist (manager!) acts like I'm a criminal just trying to request a refill. Has no time for basic questions, and seems to want everything to be an argument. Rude to my doctor, who called to verify that I'm under doctor supervision and not trying to get extra meds for drug dealing. Tried to figure out how I offended her but observed her treating other customers just as rudely. Will often drive extra distance to any other CVS just to avoid this pharmacist. Really upsetting to have such a bad experience just trying to get meds required for health and life."
"Absolutely awful experience. Do not expect to be able to fill your prescriptions or get calls back from this pharmacy. I called at midday to ask that my prescription be filled by the evening as I have an early morning flight. They said they would or would call me back if they had any problems. After several hours with no call back, I called them and spent an hour and a half on hold with no answer. When I finally showed up, they told me I needed to bring the bottle from my old prescription or I would have to just go without my medication for a week because they were too short staffed to call me back. Now I am spending my night driving around frantically instead of packing, because they couldn’t call me to tell me like they said they would… and I still don’t know if I will get my prescription or not. I will never use this pharmacy again, it is not worth the stress. To make it worse the women at the pharmacy were not even apologetic about the situation."
"My wife called to confirm availability of a medication after being told by another location it was in stock here. The woman who answered refused to check availability at other stores and had a very rude & condescending tone. She hung up the phone as my wife was trying to ask another question. There seems to be all sorts of problems with CVS pharmacy's inventory system showing inaccurate data, leading to a wild goose chase to find a location in our area that has the medication, but at least other locations have friendlier staff. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is far from an isolated incident at this location. Perhaps this lady should not be in a position where she's expected to provide help to (or even interact with) people."
"Pharmacy review: Auto renew prescriptions didn't get filled until I requested them specifically, which has never happened at any other pharmacy I've used for auto renew in the past. It's like they simply didn't pay attention to the order. The phone line is not monitored and customers are prompted by phone to use the app, which is not user friendly. The store itself is fine. I actually like the cosmetics section here, but the pharmacy service deserves no more than 1 star."
