"Horrible pharmacy staff, completely unconcerned with wait times and lines. the leader of them was harassing the female pharmacist the whole time, the only good person there. i don't know why this cvs is so bad but im never going again."

"They never answer ur call , they set this on call back only option, and they will call you whenever they want , so has to go there if u even sick and try to refill ur prescription or through you app but the app has to work because mine not and when I told them that my prescription app never work what’s wrong they said they have no idea. So change my pharmacy to Maplewood pharmacy."

"I love CVS. But the pharmacy staff are hit or miss. Most of the pharmacy staff are wonderful but there are 2 pharmacy staff that are ignorant, not helpful and should change their career choices. I also hate that if I want to speak to a pharmacy staff member over the phone you can not get through, they have a voice mail where you can leave a message and they will never call you back."

"This CVS is the worst !!!!! I placed a online order for a pickup, they deducted $$$ from my debit card, but canceled the order because the item was out of stock. It's been exactly a week and they have not returned my money. I've notified the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau. I'll NEVER shop at another CVS !!! Look at the reviews--- 2.2 stars out of 5 says ALOT about this place. Walgreens for me from now on !!!!"
