I never had any bad experiences at this 7/11 but its not my prefered choice of 7/11's in Haverhill. I don't get why the same deals in another Haverhill 7/11 location don't exist at this location. Strange."

"There's a language barrier between the customers and some of the cashier's! Luckily the other cashier that was there spoke better English and helped me! Also, the way the cashier's bag the items purchased is ridiculous... They put the 5 cupcakes in the same bag that they put my 2liter bottle of soda! I mean really, come on? They put way to much in one of those bags they use and as I'm walking into my house the bag handle broke, my soda went rolling down the street and the stuff in the bag was broke and or crushed! Not ok! ( more than $10 worth of crushed cupcakes! ) Very frustrating I must say! Very dissatisfied as well! Ty- Wendy D ( BLU )"

"Staff is always very friendly and typically pretty helpful and the store is usually pretty clean. Down the street from me so it's one of my go to stores so I will be returning. I would also recommend and if you visit a lot definitely sign up for the rewards, absolutely worth it. They have good food products also if you're looking for something fast."
