"Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens. Donna the pharmacy technician is unprofessional and nasty. I have already called corporate about her behavior, but when you’re so short staffed, any breathing body will do. Listen to all the reviews, there are better pharmacies in Haverhill with professional staff who don’t act like doing their job is an inconvenience to them. You can stand at the counter for 5 mins or more and they won’t even look at you. Finally, when they realize you’re not going to go away…they huff over and grunt out what do you want. It’s so uncomfortable."

"Don't schedule you vaccine here. We arrived 10 minutes early, was told the covid wasn't available, then asked to wait for the flu shot. After 30 minutes, we decided to leave. Not only did we not get our shots we waited 30 minutes in a lobby area with sick people."
