"This store scammed my ten year old. I sent my daughter to pick up soda for a gathering, and she brought back the wrong items. I sent her back to the store immediately and instead of processing a return for my daughter, they just took the soda back and didn't issue or attempt a refund. She, as a preteen, did not understand how the transaction should have gone, so she just bought the correct soda and went on her way, not knowing that she's been charged for items that she returned. The money is negligible and was a small amount. The problem is that these employees scammed a little girl who is just learning about running errands for Mom. It's ugly, unprofessional, unbecoming behavior from any store employee. I'm so disappointed that my neighborhood Family Dollar did this to a kid. Funny that "Family" is used when this store is obviously not family friendly. In fact, it's not friendly at all. These employees should be ashamed ."

"Been to the store twice this morning left my house at 8:08 says the store opens for 8 on the door an 7 when u call it is 9:22 stores still close this is very unprofessional an ridiculous sad an not fair for the elderly ppl or ppl that walk with disabilities something needs to be done ASAP for this location."

"This store is completely horrible. I've moved to Providence and this is a close ...I would have thought quick store but no. They're slow don't speak English always chatting with people at check out never have anything on the shelves always a line of people with one cashier....just fire everyone and start over it's just terrible. "This place is getting worse and worse they get new stock and don't even stock just leave it on carts in the middle of aisles or in front of coolers. They always have like 7 people working but only one cashier open with a line of like 15 prone waiting to check out. That store has been disorganized for like the past 2 months I can't even push a shipping cart down the aisles anymore cause I'll get stuck in something out knock something over."

"Store is sometimes unorganized but the current team in there is working hard on changing that. The store has a “ghetto” reputation but in my personal opinion (im from Pine Hills Orlando Florida, doesn’t get any more ghetto from there) That’s far from the truth. The employees are respectful and courteous, the big man who greets everyone assists customers to their car with bags, the new store manager is an excellent and knowledgeable employee of Family Dollar. All in all, I definitely recommend you stop buy, regardless of your home needs I’m positive Family Dollar has the item for you."
