"Pharmacy staff not helpful or pleasant. Insurance didn't want to fill an Rx and instead of letting me know they just blew it off. If I hadn't called hours later they would never have followed up."

"Don't look too hard, you may not find it. Ask Pharmacy, they direct you somewhere else that that medication does not belong. Feel like it is a power-control thing. Like a set up for asking. If you really want something and it's not there, they don't carry it. Store is never full of supplies."

"Worst pharmacy ever!! The pharmacy cashiers are rude. Told me my moms medicine would be ready in an hour waited one hour then was told they don't have them. The manager needs to hire the pharmacist and all the people working behind the counter have never experienced such rude unprofessional workers in my life. Would love to know the cooperate office phone numbe. I would love to explain I have a sick mother at home waiting for me. If anyone knows the number please let me know. Worked with customer service for many years never have been spoken to like this in my life. Then have me wait one hour to tell me they don't have them instocks. Why make me wait an whole hour please I hope some reads this and have all new employees if I ever return to this Walgreens again."

"Automated telephone system is a joke. It almost ALWAYS patches you through to the Pharmacy, no matter why you're actually calling. Waited 15 minutes on hold just to ask a question an advertisement. Poor girl who picked up was curt but this location is usually busy & very understaffed so her attitude wasn't even shocking to me. She didn't even ask if I had any further questions & didn't properly brand the call. Just gave me the information and hung up. I'm upset with the company for the mistreatment of their staff and shoddy telephonic system, not the employees for needing the job. Do better, Walgreens!"
