"This branch seems to be facing some serious problems so I no longer go there. Many of the staff needs more training on basic customer service skills (please, thank you, sorry, and "would you like a bottle of water Mr Kramer it is very hot outside"). I witnessed the bank manager writing the wrong date on basic paperwork- and watched as assistant Varsha (whose professionalism is extraordinary) correct her write in front of me (thank you Varsha!). I have talked to staff at Senator Elizabeth Warren's office about these issues and will continue to do so as they come up."
