"Poorly managed Bank of America location. Some of the tellers, such as Maria, are polite, friendly, and helpful, but the management leaves much to be desired. In the last few months, it has become an eyesore with a lot of trash out front. Aside from being terrible to look at, it is a real tripping hazard, especially for older clients, and especially where the trash accumulates at the steps. Some of the trash is there for weeks and even months. I spoke with the staff regarding this, but it has not been resolved."

"Michael, at the BOA in Davis Square, was so helpful and patient as we had a nuanced request. He was able to effortlessly resolve our needs and did so with a great attitude the whole time. The entire staff was great, but Michael was particularly awesome."
