"A large space with plenty of natural light and most importantly, outlets for plugging in your laptop. This is less of a cafe, and more of a coworking space that also happens to serve coffee. Suffice to say, the drinks aren't spectacular. I ordered a matcha latte that tasted like nothing, but then ordered a chai latte that was much better and more flavorful. There's a wide variety of seating, from tables and counters by the window, to high tops and large meeting tables. There are restrooms that require a code, that the employees can provide. It never felt too crowded, as there are so many spots. Overall, a good space to work and have a fun drink on the side."
"I go here pretty often since it's close by. The staff here is always friendly and the coffee is usually pretty good! Sometimes the drinks are overly sweet, but it's hit or miss. I think I tried a pastry once and it wasn't anything special, but Mike's is right next door. I've also been charged different amounts even though I always order the same thing, which is strange. It's great that there's a half off discount if you pay with a capital one card, which makes this by far the cheapest place nearby for me to get a latte. It's right by the assembly T stop and there's a garage right behind it with free parking for a few hours. The only big issue I have when I come is that the barista will always sit at the payment terminal and wait for you to input a tip amount before starting your drink, which always feels really awkward to me."
"I was thinking about getting a saving account but the online application asked for in-person confirmation which brought me to the Café. The ambassador, Hervens, was so welcoming and assisted me with the application. Finally got my first saving account with high APY in the US! Thanks a lot! Matcha latte sub almond milk tastes good"
"“Did you know - latte can be made only warm. You can never have a hot latte. The machine doesn’t allow it.” This is the explanation I got from the barista when I asked them why my latte was not hot. I surely expect better service."
"Switched to Verve coffee shop after being a Peet's. Has no whipped cream, very few syrups. Not for the sweet coffee lovers. An incredible disappointment. Verve really needs more syrups. Was told they focus on the flavor and to go to another coffee shop. Did get a vanilla latte anyway to give it a shot. A bit too sweet and small for a large. Honestly the focus on the flavor thing is the most frustrating thing I've ever heard. Focusing on the flavor does not mean you can't have a variety."
