"I have banked w/credit unions for over 40 years. This is the first credit union that has substandard customer support (phone and in person), that is if you can reach someone on the phone. I've made multiple transfers to Metro credit Union from my prior credit union in another state. Most recently, I made a transfer of 5K which was at Metro the following day. My monies have not been made available to me and I've been told multiple stories about when my funds will be available. One person told me 6 day hold. Another told me a 4 day hold. Why hold a money transfer? It's not a check deposit. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had!"

"Recently went to main branch at 200 Revere Beach Parkway. I had the cumbersome task of cashing a large number of paper US Savings bonds. The front desk person Diane was extremely helpful and pleasant. She set me up with a fabulous customer service rep named Elijah. The task was not quick and quite labor intensive but Elijah handled it like a real pro. He was courteous, informative and very helpful. He worked with Waafa to redeem my bonds. Elijah and Diane were two great examples of employees providing outstanding customer service. I want to thank both of them for their help."
"Recently our online banking was hacked, and money was stolen from our account. Michelle Webb and Elijah Sontz were very helpful in sorting out the mess, and reestablishing our accounts. We met with Elijah at the Revere location, and he spent more than an hour with us, patiently explaining what he and Michelle were doing to help, and detailing our next steps.
