"Worst customer service. I have always used small credit unions. One of the benefits is the personal service, but that is lacking here. I have been a customer at this credit union for over four years, and the staff is often rude and inconsiderate. Don't forget to fill out a deposit slip and write your account number on the back of your check! You'll get reprimanded! First off most other banks don't use them, second my old bank used to fill it out for you. I have also used Lowell Bank, now Sage Bank and their staff on Hurd St is always very friendly. I finally switched and closed my account with TFCU and I am much happier."
