Family Dollar

"I want to go into family Dollar unfortunately I couldn't get in I have a wheelchair scooter scooter and there is no accessible way to get it there the doors don't open automatically. you have to have accessible way for people that are handicapped to come in here and don't offer it"

"I usually don't shop at this store due to poor customer service but I see nothing has changed. The cashier's are rude and don't want to assist with ANYTHING. I will never come back even for one thing, they need to do better or hire people that at least likes their job."

"Management has terrible customer service. The merchandise is good and convenient location. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. They eat behind the register, talk amongst themselves in front of customers and give attitude as if shopping there is bothering them."

"The employees at this location do not properly wear their masks. There is also no sanitation area to wipe down baskets or use hand sanitizer for the customers. The employees are rude. They followed my husband around even though he was pushing our baby in the stroller. If I was going to steal I would not bring my baby. Over all this store is untidy. The only good thing is that I was able to find some cheap items."

"I think the store is a bit cluttered on the front. The lines are too long. More registered/cashier's needs to be open when there are a lot of customers This business needs more employees. Other than that, it's at a convenient place as it is convenient for many people prices are reasonable and the employees are pleasant"
