"if I could possibly give these girls more than five stars I would. I have been banking with TCT for about 15 years now. They have always fixed and been very quick to contact me back about any little issue I’ve ever had. I have since moved states and have two other bank accounts so I am not using them as frequently as I use to, but regardless they HAVE YOUR BACK. i am going through a nasty divorce and was being sued by my soon to be ex husband for frivolous things like a cc bill back in 2017 when our son desperately needed glasses etc, well I had purchased a vehicle and some other very high ticket things YEARS AGO, and just couldn’t find my receipts. One of the girls went through SIX YEARS of my transactions for me and pulled up my records, just to send them to me. If that isn’t customer service I’m not exactly sure what is. They are always so helpful and kind. Thanks again!"

"So I didn’t want to have to do this review but this recent experience left me no choice. A little background of the situation: I have been with TCT, specifically the Cambridge branch, for the past 10 years and developed what I thought was a good relationship. 6 months ago I had applied for a credit card as well as a loan and I was approved for the loan and was given a verbal agreement that as long as the Ioan was on time for 6 months I would be granted the credit card that I requested. Well, 6 months have passed and I called the branch to reconfirm the agreement we had and I specifically told the woman that answered that I did not want to do an application, I just wanted to get general information because of the risk of being denied and that I value my credit. She then asked me to be on hold. Another woman picked up and began asking me general questions and at the end I asked if this was an application and she said yes and I let her know that I DID NOT want to do a credit application because of the possibility of being denied. Unfortunately, at that time she said it was too late. There was no disclosure whatsoever before these questions were asked that it was for a credit application. Now I have a hard inquiry on my report because I was passed around with no communication between employees. This will be the last time that I work with them as they have treated this whole situation poorly and did nothing to make it better. All they said was "Well you should know that if we ask these questions it means you're doing an application". I've been treated very poorly and all I can say is choose wisely when working with this company."
