"Not actually neighborly, I needed some quarters however they could not help me unless I had an account. Not much chance of me opening one now."
"I've been a realtor for almost ten years, so I've worked with a lot of lenders and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I completed the application and sent it with my business plan over two months ago. The first two weeks or so, I was in touch with the lender almost daily, who explained that they were short staffed, etc, but that they liked my plan and I should hear something "soon." After that, I called about every week until I realized that "soon" was never and I was simply being ignored. When two months went by since the time of my application, I thought I'd see if they'd at least give me the courtesy of telling me what, if anything, caused my loan to be rejected/ignored. She sent me a text saying she'd follow up the next day, and that she did call me two weeks prior, but didn't leave a message. Terrible customer service and business practices. I applied with another lender and received a prequalification letter two days later, as is fairly typical in the business."
