"Stay away from the Latham location Lori who has been there for years is the absolute rudest Customer Service rep I've ever dealt with. The rest of the people there aren't any better. They lie about everything just to get you to sign up. They sell you insurance on your loan but if you ever are out of work forgot about ever getting to use it, so much fine print be they don't tell you about. Not surprised however these big corporations are all the same."

"I'm extremely disappointed. What a complete rip-off by the end of a $6k loan. I'll end up paying 5k on top of the 6k! What a complete rip-off! I am very disappointed in the way they do the customer. What a way to take advantage. Update: I did speak with the loan "specialist," & they wanted me to fill out a new application for more money! I will never do business with this company ever again! Find other means when looking for a loan! If I had known this in the beginning, I wouldn't have done business with this company!"
