"I walked in (11-30-23)and grabbed a few things til I heard whatever manager that was working talked to her employee with such disrespect and attitude. I didn't want to give the day business if that's how they treat someone who seemed to be a new worker."
"Would have given a “Zero” if I could! Customer service was atrocious! Ashley was a ditz. Nails so long it took forever to type in a code. I had to return part of the order for which I did not have a receipt so asked for store credit and was going to spend it at the store on same day. Had merchandise already picked out. Asked to speak to a supervisor (who was nowhere in sight) after Ashley would not even bother to check the receipts against the item numbers. Dana came out and told me that because I did not have a receipt there was nothing that could be done in the store and that I would have to call customer service. I expressed my frustration with the return and customer service, or lack thereof, to which she sarcastically replied with me a good day and I then left the store. Considering how many store have closed in the past year, I am in shock that there are still employees that don’t value their customers. It’s sad!"
