"Haven't gotten the pleasure of shopping at their physical store yet. But I just made my first purchase on their website. I purchased some yarn on sale for my friend for her birthday. I had asked in the comments if it was possible could they wrap it since it was going to be sent directly to her. One of the employees did it with what they had on hand. She/He did her best with what they had and it made the gift even more memorable. Between the amazing customer service, huge amount of options, and the sale prices. I'm in love with this store. It is by far my favorite! Bonus they sell my lykke needles!!"

"What an amazing place! The front of the store is so much beautiful yarn and sweaters you can get patterns for. Most of the patterns are for knitting, though. But then, you go to the back, and goodness, there are package deals and all sorts of lots and sales. I barely left with my shirt! It was very accessible, and there was even seating! Note: If you wanted, their online store is incredible as well! I didn't buy enough of a particular yarn, and I ordered more, even put in a dye lot request, and they got it for me! I can't give them enough stars!"
