"It took around 15 minutes of different fake computer voices asking me questions and sending me back and forth before I got to a human.When I finally got a human, I had to be transferred again . I was given instructions to make a request for what I was looking for by mail. Not the best experience. By the way, when someone tells you that a policy owner has died, it is customary to show some form of empathy or compassion towards the family member who is calling."
"MetLife is a diamond in the ruff. My wife and I were with State Farm for over 10 years with a perfect driving records and paying over $2,000 per year in car insurance. We called the MetLife Auto national customer assistance number and were connected with Anuj Desai who is working out of Dayton, OH. Anuj was able to arrange for better coverage with regard to limits and deductibles with a 35% reduction in premium. My guess is that MetLife has us in a lower driver risk pool while State Farm was letting us help them out with higher risk drivers. Also, it's probably a lot less to pay Snoopie and the other Charlie Brown characters than Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers. We are very happy and referring our close network of friends to Anuj.
