I emailed and called them many times in the next two months and was only told that they were working on it.....I had no choice but canceled the insurance. But even after I canceled the insurance, they still didn't refund me based on contract premium. I emailed again to ask for correct refund but the partner just simply said "There was a human error and it just happened"......"
