"I've had only good experiences here: quick car service, fair prices, and good work. I recently brought in my car with a quickly-deflating tire. They removed a nail, patched the tire, returned the car to me within an hour, and declined to receive payment! That's what I call a good neighbor."
"I have purchased a used car from them. The car was very good and I loved their service."
"Car was towed, needed work. He called me and sent photos showing the work that was needed. Excellent communication, excellent work!"
"Every time I go, they are always so unfriendly to the point of being downright rude. I don't know how good their skills are, but since it's a service industry, I think they need to think about how to communicate with customers."
"We had a problem with our clutch but the clutch was relatively new. We were quoted $1200 for a car that was worth $300 (Ford Escort). The clutch had been replaced not so many years ago, maybe 4, so it was odd. It turns out it was the slave cylinder that went bad. The symptom was a clutch pedal that depressed without engaging the clutch. The mechanic replaced the clutch, master and slave cylinders and I was charged an additional $400 because the work was 'difficult'. The shop is not honest. I would stay away."
