"I recently left the AD Jennings agency after being a loyal customer for approximately 7 years. They worked hard to lose my business and to earn this bad review. Their lack of customer care and blatant favoritism towards big insurance companies left me feeling utterly frustrated and helpless. The main issue arose when I discovered that someone had been added to my insurance policy without my permission. This unauthorized addition caused my insurance premiums to skyrocket by nearly $5,000! Naturally, I reached out to the agency for assistance in resolving this matter, hoping for some understanding and support. However, instead of providing the help I desperately needed, the agency outright refused to take any action to rectify the situation. They callously disregarded my concerns and seemed more interested in protecting their relationship with the big insurance company than in helping their own customer. This level of indifference and lack of empathy was both shocking and disappointing. As a customer, I expected the agency to prioritize my interests and work diligently to correct their mistake.
