"I was waiting my packages to be delivered the whole day at home. But it turns out that " the receiver refuse the delivery/ the package will be returned to the sender" from the tracking number. I didn't see any drivers stop by and l don't know they are lying."

"While about to cross into the North Reading CVS parking lot a UPS truck didn't even slow down to let me and another pedestrian cross into the parking lot. When I shook my head he yelled out of the truck and said use the cross walk. Pretty rude and unnecessary. The plate number of the truck is R70-298. It would be prudent to find out who was driving that truck this morning, May 25th at around 11:30 and have a talk with him."

"Had to go pick up a package here and Mary Ann was so helpful. I called ahead to verify my package was there and she triple checked for me before I drove over and she even offered to give me directions. She was pleasant and friendly. A+ customer service! Tip for anyone going to pick up a package: there is no real customer entrance so park in the employee lot in the back and call the number on the door where it says employee entrance to be helped."
