"My fiancé and I have lived at Metro for 3 years now, and we love to call this place home. The management and maintenance staff (especially Lauren, Kayla, and Andrew) have gone above and beyond to take care of any mechanical or personal issues. The rooms and appliances are all modern. Considering how close it is to the train station, we don’t really hear that much street noise from our unit. The gym and club room are excellent amenities and always clean. Our neighbors are fantastic - it’s a very warm, welcoming community to be a part of. Our dog enjoys playing with the other dogs in the complex at the on site dog park. We feel so lucky to live at Metro!"

"I lived here for about three years, and it was good. It has really good access to the Commuter Rail (like 2-4 min walking to the station). The gym is nice. The BBQ area is great. I had 0 issues with management; they were always supportive. My apt AC unit worked quite well - it didn't blow cold air on me, but it cooled the apt quickly and consistently. The closest Grocery Store is Market Basket - the best chain in Boston Area, in my opinion. The property itself has a small playground. But you can also walk to Rotary Park ~10 min walk distance (you can watch turtles in a pond there). Yentile Farm is another great Play Ground. So I would recommend it!"

"Love living here. It's quiet. The gym is nice. Packages are usually always where they are supposed to be. Mail runs at the same time every day. It's cleaned daily. Neighbors are nice."

"Have been living here for over a year now, and I love it. The apartments are nice, clean and well maintained. Any time I've needed maintenance it is done promptly the next day. Residents are quiet. The train being just outside is really convenient. Most of the residents seem to be in their 30s or retired. If you're looking for a nice place to live, then this is it. Dog friendly too."
