"Excellent experience. They are extremely busy and so they promise the rugs back in 6 weeks or so, and they always have returned them early! The rugs sparkle like when we first bought them! Importantly they recommend new pads as needed to protect the rug and floor. They are cut to size perfectly. We highly recommend Khouris for cleaning and repair of your valuable oriental rugs."

"We took two carpets to them to be cleaned and repaired. They said it would be 4-6 weeks to get done. It was more like 8 weeks when we were called to pick them up. They gave us both rugs, we paid in full when we dropped them off. Back home we rolled out the first rug. It was very nicely done. Clean repaired, we were very happy with the work they did. Then we moved all the furniture in the den and rolled out the second rug. What a shock! They did NOT touch it. NOT cleaned and NOT repaired. We returned it to them. One employee said he could not believe that he let this rug leave the shop as bad as it was. Another accused me of bringing back a different rug. What to get a free cleaning? We only have two carpets in our home. Then Marion, she appears to be the boss, entered the conversation. She took the carpet into their back room and rolled it out. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was as clean as they could get. Baloney! They never touched it. Then I asked about the rips in it. She then said I could leave it and they would try to make the repairs and clean it but she couldn’t guarantee it would be any better. Well it’s been over two weeks since we returned it and still no call about it being done. We will never use them again or recommend them. Too bad because the first carpet came out nice."

"I had a medium size persian rug cleaned by this company. They were wonderful from the first contact and pick up. they called and described the process and the time frame. they do free pick up and delivery. everyone from my first contact to the delivery gentleman, was flawless. If you are looking to use their services, I highly recommend them. One of the most professional companies, and the kindest people I have ever dealt with here on the cape. Use them, you won’t regret it!"

"We had a water damage in our property and I had Khouris cleaning and figuring out the replacement value of one of my oriental rugs. The cleaning part was OK but as far as their evaluation service works they estimated my oriental rug very low. From what I understand they are trying to satisfy the insurance company instead being fair with the customer. My rug was about $3700 they appraised it only $1200. I do not recommend anyone to use their service. If you have to get your rug cleaned up they are OK but never use them for appraisal they will not do you a favor!"
