"Very rude employee today who wasn’t even wearing his mask in the back. We were trying to track down a package that had not been delivered today and it felt like the guy was aggravated that he actually had to do his job. He was huffing and puffing while typing in the tracking number and after he abrasively shooed us away in saying “it was out for delivery it’s probably being delivered right now” when in fact our mail got delivered 4 hours ago with no package, he apologized to the next customer in line in saying “thanks for waiting.” We were not taking an extra long time or asking extensive questions, just trying to track down a package that had been reverted back to the Mashpee Post Office. I now will have to go back tomorrow to get the package again."
