FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 14 Gill Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2- or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive within 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages of your own with a FedEx label. Package sizes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, but many drop boxes now offer extended hours and Saturday pickup options. You can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then simply print the label and affix it to your package before dropping it off at the nearest FedEx Drop Box.

Please note that no cash, check or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location. For packages too large to fit in the drop box, you can bring them to the counter at a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery store.

FedEx also offers packing and shipping services at nationwide FedEx Office locations, as well as late hours and cutoff times at FedEx Ship Centers. Hazardous goods can also be shipped at select locations.
